(Sales Tax)
S.R.O. 1501(I)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is
pleased to exempt the whole of sales tax on import of edible fruits from Afghanistan
except apples (PCT 0808.1000).
2. This Notification shall take effect from the 15th day of September, 2021.
