GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE (INDIRECT TAX POLICY WING) ***** Islamabad the 11th February, 2011. NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 116 (I)/2011.─ In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 50 and 61A of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1295(I)/2008, dated 24th December, 2008, the following further amendment shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in rule (1), in sub rule (3), for the words “at once” the words, comma and figures “with effect from 06th June, 2005” shall be substituted.
