GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN ( REVENUE DIVISION ) CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE **** Islamabad, the 31st October, 2007 NOTIFICATION [Sales Tax & Federal Excise] S.R.O. 1069 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and section 29 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the Director-Generals, Collectors, Additional Collectors, Cost Accountants, Deputy Collectors, Assistant Collectors, Superintendents, Senior Auditors, Deputy Superintendents, Auditors and Inspectors of Sales Tax and Federal Excise, to be the officers of Sales Tax and Federal Excise for the offices specified in column (2) of the Table below, in respect of the areas specified in column (3) of the said Table and to exercise such powers and discharge such duties as are conferred on such officers under the aforesaid Acts and the rules made there under, namely:- TABLE S.
