S.R.O. 100(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 31 of the
Sales Tax Act, 1990, and section 29 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Board
of Revenue is pleased to appoint the following officers specified in column (2) of the
Table below to be the officers of Sales Tax and Federal Excise, having jurisdiction over
the cases relating to the registered persons in the Large Taxpayers Unit, specified in
column (3) thereof, to exercise such powers and discharge such duties as are conferred
on such officers under the aforesaid Acts and the rules made thereunder, namely:-
