In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of clause (62) of Part - I, of the Second Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to approve M/s. Layton Rehmatullah Benevolent Trust, Karachi for the purposes of said sub-clause upto the assessment year 1999-2000.
