(Income Tax)
S.R.O. 759(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of
2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
amendment shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Schedule in Part IV, in clause (56),-
(a) in sub-clause (xxiv), the word “and”, at the end, shall be
omitted;
(b) in sub-clause (xxv), for the full stop, at the end, the semi-colon
and word “;and” shall be substituted; and
(c) after sub-clause (xxv), the following new sub-clause shall be
added, namely:-
“(xxvi) goods donated for relief of flood victims of year 2007
as exempt from customs-duty and sales tax.”.
