N O T I F I C A T I O N
(Income Tax)
S. R. O. 680 (I)/2007.- The following draft of certain amendments in
the Income Tax Rules, 2002, which the Central Board of Revenue proposes to
make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 237 of the Income Tax
Ordinance, 2001 (XLIV of 2001), is hereby published for the information of all
persons likely to be affected thereby, as required by sub-section(3) of the
said section, and notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into
consideration after seven days of its publication in the official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any person, in
respect of the said draft before the expiry of the aforesaid period, shall be
considered by the Central Board of Revenue.
DRAFT AMENDMENTS
In the aforesaid Rules, in the Second Schedule,-
(1) Part IIIA shall be omitted;
(2) in Part VI,-
(a) Annex IIG, Annex IV and Annex XI shall be omitted;
(b) after Annex-XII, the following new Annex shall be added,
namely:-
“Annex XIII Calculation of WWF”.
(3) for Parts-I, II, III, IV, V, VA and for Annexures, I, IIA, IIB,
IIC, IID, IIE, IIF, III, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X and XII in
Part-VI the following shall be substituted; namely:-

4. This notification shall be applicable for the Tax Year 2007 and
onwards.
