(INCOME TAX)
S.R.O. 667 (I)/2005. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), read with clause (9) of Part II of the Second Schedule thereto, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 638(I)/2005, dated the 27th June, 2005, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,-
(a) against Sr. Nos. 14,15 and 26 in column (1), the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted; and
(b) against Sr. No. 84 in column (1), for the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“Surface active preparations and cleaning preparations excluding detergents”.
