NOTIFICATION
(INCOME TAX)
S.R.O. 576(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the
Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment
shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely:-
In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part-I,-
(a) after clause (64A), the following new clause shall be
inserted, namely:-
“(64B) Any amount donated to the Chief Minister’s (Punjab)
Relief Fund for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of
NWFP.”; and
(b) in clause 66, after sub-clause (xiia), the following new clause
shall be inserted, namely:-
“(xiib) Chief Minister’s (Punjab) Relief Fund for Internally
Displaced Persons (IDPs) of NWFP.”.
