Following draft amendment is proposed to be made in the Income Tax Rules, 2002

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN Revenue Division Central Board of Revenue *** Islamabad, the 16th May, 2006 NOTIFICATION (Income Tax) S.R.O. 468 (I)/2006.In exercise of the powers conferred by section 237 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the following draft amendment is proposed to be made in the Income Tax Rules, 2002, and is published for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is given that the draft amendment will be taken into consideration after fifteen days of its publication in the official Gazette. 2. Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person in respect of the said draft amendment before the expiry of the aforesaid period shall be considered by the Central Board of Revenue.
