Amendments Second Schedule Said Ordinance -(I) (37) For Words, Commas, Figures And Letters “No Duty

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE, REVENUE DIVISION CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE ***** Islamabad the April 3, 2001 NOTIFICATION (Income Tax) S.R.O. 211 (I)/2001.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979;, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely:- In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part IV, - In clause (37) for the words, commas, figures and letters "No Duty No Drawback Rules, 1998, issued under Notification No.S.R.O.844 (I)/98, dated the 23rd July, 1998,” the words, commas, figures and letters "Duty and Tax Remission for Export Rules, 2001, issued under Notification No.S.R.O.185 (I)/2001, dated the 21st March, 2001.” shall be substituted; and (ii) in clause (38), in sub-clause (iii) for the words, commas, figures and letters '” the No Duty No Drawback Rules, 1998, issued under Notification No.S.R.O.844(I)/98 dated the 23rd July, 1998," the words, commas, figures and letters "the Duty and Tax Remission for Export Rules, 2001, issued under Notification No.S.R.O.185 (I)/2001 dated the 21st March, 2001 "shall be substituted."
