(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 779(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification S.R.O.550(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006 namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table-
(a) for the heading number “98.03”, the heading number “9803.1000” shall be substituted; and
(b) for the words “Facilities for travel”, the words “Services provided or rendered in respect of travel by air of passenger within the territorial limits of Pakistan” shall be substituted.
