(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 598(I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of
sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 649(I)/2005, dated the 1st July, 2005, namely:
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), S. Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6
and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
2. This Notification shall take effect on and from the 2nd day of June, 2012.
