(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 467(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(2) of section 16 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the services provided by cable TV operators for the period
1st July, 2006 to 30th June, 2007, shall be exempt from the whole of the excise
duty chargeable thereon.
