S.R.O. 23(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), read with sub-section (2) of section 4 thereof, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 333(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-I, against sub-heading Nos. 1701.1100, 1701.1200 and 1701.9100 in column (1), in columns (3) and (4), for the words “Five rupees per kilogram” the word “Nil” shall be substituted.
