Government of Pakistan Central Board of Revenue *** Islamabad, the 9th April, 2002. NOTIFICATION (Central Excise) S.R.O.216(I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), read with the proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Revenue, with the prior approval of the Federal Government, is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.547(I)/96, dated the 1st July, 1996, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, for clause (i), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(i) goods exported from Pakistan by land route except as declared exportable against rebate of central excise duty in paragraph 8 and 12-B and entry 9 of Schedule I and Schedule IV to the Export Policy and Procedure Order, 2000.”.
