(I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O.323(I)/2010, dated the 13th May, 2010, the following amendment shall be made, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, for the proviso, the following shall be substituted, namely:-. “Provided that no regulatory duty shall be levied on export of yarn or the component of blended yarn made from the material imported under any temporary import-cum-export scheme.”.
