(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that a regulatory duty at the rate of twenty-five
per cent (25%) ad valorem shall be levied on export of waste and scrap of copper
and aluminium and on bars, rods, ingots, slabs, and billets made thereof,
classifiable under H.S. codes given in the Table below:-
