(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 840(I)/2006, dated the 17th August, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Schedule XIX,--
(a) in column (4), for the existing entry the words and figures “From 27.09.2006 onwards” shall be substituted; and
(b) in column (5), for the word “Nil” the letters, figure and words “Rs.25.08 per metric ton” shall be substituted.
