(NOTIFICATION) (Customs) s.R.o.918 (I)/2026.- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by section 219 ofthe customs Act. 1969 (IV of I 969), section 50 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, section 40 of the Federal Excise 2001), the FederalAct, 2005 and section 237 of the Income Tax ordinance, 2001 (xl-x ol Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Customs Rules,200l, the same having been previously published vide Notification No. S.R.O 832(l)/2026, dated 20th May,2026, as required by sub-section (3A) ofsection 219 ofthe Customs Act, 1969 (lV of 1969), namely:- In the aforesaid Rules, in AppendixJll to rule 402, under the heading "Cargo Declaration-lGM". in the Table, under the heading, "(index wise information)", after the column "Consignee City", the foltowing new columns shall be added, namely:- NTN or FTN CNIC or Passport Number (for importers which are (for cases where importers do not required to obtain NTN or FTN require an NTN or FTN under the under relevant laws) law) of this Notification shall be 2.
