Government of Pakistan Revenue Division Central Board of Revenue ********** Islamabad, the 8th November, 2004 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 909 (I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub -section (2) of section 179 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to revise the jurisdiction and powers of the Officers of the Customs specified in column (1) in terms of amount of duties and other taxes involved, excluding the conveyance, shall be as specified in column (2) below:- DESIGNATION OF OFFICER (1) | JURISDICATION AND POWERS OF ADJUDICATION (2) ( i ) | Collector | Without limit. (ii) | Additional Collector | Not exceeding twenty-five million rupees. (iii) | Deputy Collector | Not exceeding five million rupees.
