NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 87/(I)/2002.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c ) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 ( IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 412(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001, namely:- In the aforesaid notification after Schedule XXXI, the following new Schedule shall be added, namely:- “SCHEDULE XXXII Raw materials Goods produced or Period Extent of Imported manufactured repayment of Customs-duties (1) (2) (3) (4) Modul (viscose) 1. Modal fibre yarn From 02.12.2002 Rs.6.09 per kilogra. Staple fibre. (made from 100% onwards. modal fibre). 2. Modal fibre yarn From 02.12.2002 Rs.3.94 per kilogram. (made from 65% onwards. modal 35% cotton). 3. Modal fibre yarn From 02.12.2002 Rs.3.05 per kilogram. (made from 50% onwards. ,modal 50% cotton). 4. Modal fibre yarn From 02.12.2002 Rs.1.83 per kilogram. (made from 30% onwards. Modal 70% Cotton).
