S.R.O.805(I)/84.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1)section 161 of the Customs Act,1969(IV of 1969),the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to authorize all officers of customs not below the rank of Preventive Officer/Inspector/Examiner for the purposes of the said sub-section.
