Amendment in S.R.O No. 928(I)/2024 dated 30-06-2024 - regarding Regulatory Duty

S.R.0.78(1)/2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 928(0/2024, dated the 30th day of June, 2024, namely: - 2. In the aforesaid Notification, after the preamble, in the Table, in column (1),- against S. Nos. 341,343,344,345,346, 347, 348, 349 and 350, in column (4), for the expression "10% till 31st December, 2024; 5% w.e.f.15t January, 2025" the expression "10% till 31st March, 2025; 5% w.e.f.1st April, 2025", shall be substituted; and against S. Nos. 357 and 358 in column (4), for the expression "5% till 31st ( ) December, 2024," the expression "5% till 31st March, 2025", shall be substituted.
