Islamabad, the 25th January, 2022:
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 S.R.O. 73 (1)/2023.-
of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt for
a period of three months from the first day of December, 2022, the whole of the customs
duties on import of donation consignments and relief items needed for flood relief
activities as certified by the National Disaster Management Authority or a Provincial
Disaster Management Authority.
