70 Li /2025 - In exercise of the powers conferred In section 210 read with
section 20213 of the Customs Act. 1969 (IV of 1969). the Federal Board of Revenue is please
to direct that the following further amendment, shall be made in its Notification S.R.Q
38611P2012. dated 261h November. 2012, namely: -
In the aforesaid Rules. -
a) in the rule 3. after sub-rule (2), the following new, sub-rule shall be added.
namely : -
"(3) Monetary reward shall be sanctioned to theCadre Offieersof Pakistan
Customs Service (BS-17 and above) w, per their ranking under the
perthrmance management ERR transfimnation plan approved by the
Board,"
