NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 690 (I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No.S.R.O.370(I)/2002, dated the 15th June,2002, the following amendments shall be made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table II,-
(a) after S.No.40 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2),(3), (4) and (5), the following new S.No. and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“40A | 0902.0000 | Tea, whether or not flavoured subject to the quantitative restrictions of 7500 MT during 4.10.2002 to 30.6.2003 and 10,000 MT during the subsequent financial years. | - | 100%” and
(b) against S.No.527, in column (1), in column (5) for the figure “ 30%” , the figure “100%” shall be substituted.”.
