(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 69 (I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to
direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Baggage Rules,
2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 5, after the word “baggage” the words
“including items mentioned at serial number (viii) in rule 3B” shall be inserted.
