Amendment in Tracking and Monitoring of Cargo Rules, 2012

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE **** Islamabad, the 24th May, 2018 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.649(I)/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to make the following further amendments in Tracking and Monitoring of Cargo Rules, 2012 notified vide Notification No.S.R.O 413(I)/2012, dated the 25th April, 2012, namely:- In the aforesaid Rules, in rule (2),- (i) in clause (a), after the words “Chapter XXV”, the words “and sub- chapter VII of Chapter XXI” shall be inserted; (ii) in clause (f), the word “and” and the end shall be omitted; and (iii) in clause (g), in the proviso, for the full stop at the end, the semicolon and word “; and” shall be substituted and thereafter the following clause shall be added; namely:- “(h) US or NATO or ISAF cargo under Customs General Order No.10 of 2012, dated the 31st July, 2012.”. _______________________________________________________________________ [C.
