Regarding under sections 9 & 10 of the Customs Act, 1969

S.R.0.6L0(1)/2024. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of section 9 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to declare the premises having following coordinates as "Customs House, Torkham" for the purposes of the said Act, and also to declare the limits thereof as follows, namely:- (i) Coordinates: Longitude - 3776933.735; North Corner Latitude - 94281.593, Longitude - 3776637.119; Latitude - 694502.024, East Corner Longitude - 3777170.508; South Corner Latitude - 693548.029, Longitude - 3777553.492; and West Corner Latitude - 693329.431, (ii) Limits: Village Bacha Mina; North-West Base of Shamshad Mountain Ridge along cement road; South- East Old Railway Track from Shaheed Mor upto Land Khana East-South Railway Station; and Pak-Afghanistan border.
