Amendment in Notification No. S.R.O 693(I)/2006 dated the 1st July, 2006 regarding aditional CD on localized items.

NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O .609(I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 693(I)/2006, dated the 1st July, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (a) in Appendix-I, in column (1),- (1) against PCT heading 4008.1110, in column (2), in entry (1), after the figure and comma “8703.2113,” the figures, comma and word “8703.2195, 8703.2240 and 8704.3130” shall be inserted; (2) against PCT heading 4008.1910, in column (2), in entry (1), after the figure and comma “8703.2113,” the figures, comma and word “8703.2195, 8703.2240 and 8704.3130” shall be inserted; (3) against PCT heading 4008.2110, in column (2), in entry (1), after the figure and comma “8703.2113,” the figures, comma and word “8703.2195, 8703.2240 and 8704.3130” shall be inserted; (4) against PCT heading 4008.2910, in column (2), in entry (1), after the figure and comma “8703.2113,” the figures, comma and word “8703.2195, 8703.2240 and 8704.3130” shall be inserted; (5) against PCT heading 4009.1120, in column (2),- (i) in entry (1), after the word “sub-heading, the figure and word “8703.2323 and” shall be inserted;
