GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 6th June, 2005 NOTIFICATION CUSTOMS S.R.O.576(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 453(I)/2004 dated the 12th June, 2004, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (a) in condition (v), for the words “ through the concerned Collectorate only” the words “one port or dry port” shall be substituted; and (b) after condition (v), the following new conditions shall be added, namely:- (va) the authorized officer of Engineering Development Board shall furnish all relevant information Online to Pakistan Customs Computerized System (PACCS) as per form (appended to this notification) against a specific user ID and password obtained under section 155D of the Customs Act, 1969; (vb) in other Collectorates or customs stations where the PACCS is not yet operational, the Project Director or any other authorized officer shall feed the requisite information in the PACCS on daily basis and on weekly basis of the data obtained from the stations which have not yet been computerized; (c) in the Table-I,- (i) against S.No. 3, in column (3) for the figures “20%“, the figure “5%” shall be substituted; (ii) against S.No. 4, in column (3) for the figure “5%“, the figure “0%” shall be substituted; (iii) against S.No. 8, in column (3) for the figures “20%“, the figures “15%” shall be substituted; and ( d) after the Schedule, the following form shall be added, namely:- FORM [see condition va] (To be filled in by the Chief Executive of the importing company) Name & address of the Importer | NTN/FTN | Bill of Lading No. Port of clearance | IGM No. & Date, Index No. | Clearing Agents Name/No. S.No. | H.S. It is certified that the description and quantity mentioned above are commensurate with the inputs requirement and that the same are not manufactured locally.
