GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTIC AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad , the 10th August, 2002 NOTIFICATION CUSTOMS S.R.O. 514(I)/2002. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 357(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have always been so made, namely: - In the aforesaid Notification, - (1) in Table-I,- (a) in column (1), after S.No.1, the following new serial number and the entry relating thereto in column (2) shall be inserted, namely: - “1A. Bolts and screws”.”; (b) in column (1), after S. No. 4 and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “4A. Spirally welded steel pipes. 4B. Chemical plant. 4C. Parts of locomotives. 4D. Defence stores, machinery and equipment manufactured for the use of defence forces under the certificate from the Director General Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan.”; (c) after S. No. 11 in column (1), and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and the entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely: - “11A. Electric bulbs and tube lights.”; (d) after S.No.12 in column (1), and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and the entry relating thereto shall be added; namely:- “12A. Printed circuit boards.”; and (2) in the Schedule,- (a) against S. No. 1 in column (1), in column (2), in item (iii), after the figure “11” the comma and figure “,11A” shall be added; and (b) against S. No. 2 in column (1), after item (ii), the following new item and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5) shall be added, namely: - “(iii) For cycles. 5% 5% 15%.”.
