Assigning of powers of Customs officers to the Directorate General of Customs Valuation

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE ************ Islamabad, the 9th June, 2007. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 495(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3, 3D and 4 of the Customs Act, 1969(IV of 1969), read with clause (b) of section 2 thereof, and in supersession of its Notification No.S.R.O 1033(I)/2006, dated the 3rd October,2006, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the officers of the Directorate General of Customs Valuation specified in column (2) of the Table below to be the officers of Customs and to exercise the powers and discharge duties of the officers of Customs and, as the case may be, assign them the function of the appropriate officer under the provisions of the said Act specified in column (3) of the said Table:- TABLE S.NO.
