(CUSTOMS)
SRO 378 (I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) and (4) of Section
179 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), read with section 5 thereof, the Central Board of
Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification S.R.O 571(I)/2000 dated 16th August, 2000.
2. This notification shall be effective from 15.06.2002.
