(CUSTOMS)
S.R.0.367 (1)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5)
of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.0.572(0/2020, dated the 301h June, 2020, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 3,-
in clause (xviii), the word "and" at the end shall be omitted; and
in clause (xix), for the full stop at the end a semi colon shall be
substituted and thereafter, the following new clauses shall be
added,namely:-
"(xx) import of auto disable syringes with or without needles under
PCT codes 9018.3110, 9018.3120 upto 30.06.2021; and
(xxi) import of tubular metal needles under PCT code 9018.3200 and
rubber gaskets under PCT 4016.9310 imported by sales tax
registered manufactures of auto disable syringes upto
30.06.2021.".
