Amendment in S.R.O. 575(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005

NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 364(I)/2006. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, the following further amendment shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against S.No.13, in column (1), in column (2), below paragraph 1, the following explanation shall be added, namely:- “Explanation.- The expression “projects for power generation” means any project for generation of electricity whether small, medium or large and whether for supply to the national grid, or to any other user or for in house consumption.”. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ [C.No. 1/56/Mach./95-16/2006] (SHAHID AHMAD) Additional Secretary
