(I)/2003-: In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969) , the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.372(I)/2002, dated the 15th june,2002, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification. (1) in Table l,- (i) after Sl.No 10, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “10A Amoxicillin Sodium Sterile BP 2941.1000.”; (ii) after Sl.No 11, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “11A Ampicillin Sodium Sterile USP/BP 2941.1000.”; (iii) after Sl.No 35, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “35A Cloxacillin Sodium Sterile USP/BP 2941.1000.”; and (iv) after Sl.No 100, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “100A Penicillin Benzathin 2941.1000.”; (2) in Table ll,- (i) after Sl.No 70, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “70A Mastercote 3205.0000.”; and

(ii) after Sl.No 110, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “110A Supectrablend 3824.9099.”; and (3) in Table lll,- (a) In List A,- (i) after Sl.No 36, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “36A Butyl ortho propionate.”; (ii) after Sl.No 75, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “75A 2-3, Diethylaniline.”; (iii) after Sl.No 94, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “94A Hydrofurane.”; (iv) after Sl.No 98, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “98A Hyoscine Hydrobromide.”; (v) after Sl.No 101, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “101A Iso butyl Acetophenone.”; (vi) after Sl.No 103, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “103A Iso propyl Chloro acetate.”; (vii) after Sl.No 109, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “109A Lithium Chloride Anhydrous.”; (viii) after Sl.No 126, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
