(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2002.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c )
of section 21 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue
is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 415(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001, namely:-
In the Aforesaid Notification , after Schedule LIV, the following new
Schedule shall be added, namely:-
“SCHEDULE LV
Raw materials Goods produced Period. Extent of
Imported. Or manufactured. repayment of
Customs-duties.

1. Filler. Wooden furniture. From 28.08.2002 0.79% of the fob.
2. Stains. onwards. Value.”.
