GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, REVENUE AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 15th March, 2013. NOTIFICATION CUSTOMS S.R.O. 222 (I)/2013.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), after S.No.10 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new S. No. 10A and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “10A. Coal mining Respective 0% This concession shall be machinery, equipment, Headings available to those Mining spares including Companies or their vehicles for site use i.e authorized operators or single or double cabin contractors who hold pick-ups imported for permits, licences, leases Thar Coal Field. and who enter into agreements with the Government of Pakistan or a Provincial Government. The goods shall not be sold or otherwise disposed of without prior approval of the Board and the payment of customs duties and taxes leviable at the time of import.
