(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.209(I)/2013.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section
179 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct
that for the adjudication of cases falling under Notification No.S.R.O.172(I)/2013, dated the 5th
March, 2013, the following officers are authorized, namely:-
(i) the Additional Collector of Customs, Model Customs Collectorates is
empowered to exercise the powers of the Collector of Customs under
clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 179 of the said Act; and
(ii) the Deputy Collector of Customs, Model Customs Collectorates is
empowered to exercise the powers of the Additional Collector of
Customs under clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 179 of the said
Act.
