S.R.O. 198 (I)/2009. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.
S.R.O. No. 896(I)/2008, dated 27th August, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after paragraph 3, the following new
paragraph shall be added, namely:-
“4. The regulatory duty shall also not be levied on goods specified
against S.Nos. 381 and 382 in the Table of this notification if imported by
manufacturers of sack kraft paper bags.”
