(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.192(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.46(I)/2005, dated the 11th January,2005, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) In the preamble, the figure, comma, brackets and words “200,000 (two hundred thousand) tones of “ shall be omitted;
(b) In condition (iv), the words, figure and comma “to reach a cumulative total of 200,000 tons” shall be omitted; and
(c) In column (v), the words, figure, comma and letters “ of only 200,000 MT “ shall be omitted.
