S.R.O. 186(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Custom
Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and section 7 of the Customs (Amendment) Ordinance, 1998 (XVI of
1998), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No.SRO.555(I)/98,
dated the 12th June, 1998, the following further amendments shall be made and shall be
deemed to have been so made from the 12th June, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-II, after S.No.6 in column (1) and the entries
relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new serial number and the
entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
“6A Aircraft Respective 10% ad. Val. If imported
spares and headings. by domestic
parts airlines.”.
