NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 1673 (1112024.- [n exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (lV of 1969) read with sections 30 and 3l of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1637(l)12024, dated l8'h October, 2024, namely - ln the said Notification. - (a) in paragraph l,- (i) in clause (a), the expression "/Director Generals" shall be omitted; (ii) in the Table-I,- (a) in column (2), for the words "Director General" wherever occurring, the words "Chief Collector" shall be substituted; (b) in column (3), for the word "Director" wherever occurring, the word "Collector" shall be substituted and for the word "Directorate" wherever occurring, the word "Collectorate" shall be substituted; (iii) in clause (b) the expression "/Directors" shall be omitted; (iv) in the Table-ll,- (a) in column (2), for the word "Director" wherever occurring, the word "Collector" shall be substituted and for the word "Directorate" wherever occurring, the word "Collectorate", shall be substituted; (b) in column (3),- (i) for the words "Directorate General" and "Director General" wherever occurring, the words "Chief Collector" shall be substituted, and for the word "Directorate" wherever occurring, the word "Collectorate" shall be substituted; and (3) for the words (ii) against S. No. 20 in column ( I ), in column "Civil Division of Karachi", the words "Province of Sindh" shall be substituted; and (b) in paragraph (2), the words "or Directorates" shall be omitted. IC.
