Exemption from duty under PAK Malaysia early harvest programme(EHP)

NOTIFICATION CUSTOMS S.R.O.1298(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18C of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt the goods specified in column(3) of the table below, falling under H.S. Code of the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), as specified in column (2) of the said table, from so much of the customs-duty as is in excess of the duty specified in column (4) thereof, on the import into Pakistan from Malaysia, if made in conformity with the Rules of Origin for the Malaysia - Pakistan Free Trade Area as notified in this regard by the Ministry of Commerce. 1[TABLE S.No. H.S.
