S.R.O.125(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), and in supersession of C.G.O. 12/80 , dated the 6th December,1980, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to notify the goods specified in the Table below to be perishable goods for the purpose of the said section.
