Amendment in S.R.O 211(I)/2009, dated 5th March, 2009 (Duty drawback)

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ***** Islamabad, the September, 2021 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 1110 (1)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made on and from the 1st June, 2021 in its Notification No. S.R.O. 211(1)/2009, dated the 5th March, 2009, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification.- in Schedule XII, in the Table, in column (2), against item No. 1, in column (3), for the figures "8418.3000" and "8418.4000", the figures "8418.3090" and "8418.4090" shall respectively be substituted; in Schedule XLIX, in the Table, in column (2), against item No. 1, in column (3), for the figures "8450.1100", "8450.1200", "8450.1900" and "8450.2000", the figures "8450.1190", "8450.1290", "8450.1919", "8450.1999" and "8450.2090" shall respectively be substituted; and in Schedule L, in the Table, in column (2), against item No. 1, in column (3), for the figure "8418.2100", the figures "8418.1090, 8418.2190 and 8418.2990" shall be substituted.
