GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) CENTRAL BOARD OF REVENUE ***** Islamabad, the 24th October, 2005. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. (I)/2005.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Customs Rules, 2001, namely:- In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 307D, for the words “Duty Suspension Audit Office”, the words “Regulatory Collector” shall be substituted.
