NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.1040(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act,1990, the Federal Government is pleased to exempt blankets, tents and tarpaulins, falling under PCT headings 63.01 and 63.06 respectively of the First Schedule to the Customs Act , 1969 (IV of 1969), on their imports from whole of the customs-duty, regulatory duty and sales tax leviable thereon.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have taken effect from the 13th day of October,2005.
